Self-Exclusion / Account Deactivation Policy
At Playbet, we prioritize responsible gaming and offer tools
to help customers manage their gambling habits. Our self-exclusion policy
allows customers to voluntarily exclude themselves from our services
temporarily or permanently.
1. Request for Self-Exclusion
A request for exclusion can be obtained from the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, or users can click here to download the self-exclusion form.
Completed forms should be returned to compliance@playbet.co.za
2. Non-Compliance with Self-Exclusion
2.1 It is the responsibility of the customer who has
requested self-exclusion to adhere to the terms of the exclusion.
2.2 If a self-excluded customer attempts to participate in gambling, they may be denied access, and in certain circumstances, a charge of trespassing may apply.
3. Self-Exclusion Sessions

4. Additional Internal Self-Exclusion / Account Deactivation Options
Customers can request temporary suspension from Playbet’s
services at any time by emailing our support team at: support@playbet.co.za

Your account will only be considered for deactivation / reactivation upon your request and successful identity verification.
· Please allow up to 72 hours for a response and for the requested action (deactivation / reactivation) to be processed.
· Playbet reserves the right to deny account reactivation at its sole discretion.
5. Self-exclusion / Account Deactivation Indemnity
By requesting self-exclusion / account deactivation from Playbet's services, you ("the Customer") hereby indemnify and hold harmless Playbet, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates ("the Indemnified Parties") from any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise from your use of our services:
- Up until you have provided identity verification and your account has been successfully closed; and
- Up until your account is reactivated, should you request reactivation.
You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of Playbet's services during these periods. You agree to reimburse the Indemnified Parties for any costs, losses, or liabilities incurred, and to defend and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against any claims, demands, or actions that may arise.
By requesting self-exclusion / account deactivation, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and release Playbet from any liability or responsibility for your actions during the specified periods.
